Village of Ruidoso Governing Body Strategic Planning Workshops

Mayor Lynn D. Crawford of the Village of Ruidoso announces 2025 Strategic Planning Workshops, scheduled for January 28 (9 a.m.–5 p.m.), January 29 (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), and January 30 (9 a.m.–noon). Village departments will present and review their plans in the Council Chambers at 313 Cree Meadows Drive. The workshop will adjourn after all plans are reviewed.

Village of Ruidoso Governing Body: Public Hearing Proposed Ordinance 2025-01

The Village of Ruidoso will hold a public hearing on February 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 313 Cree Meadows Drive, to discuss proposed Ordinance 2025-01. This ordinance amends Chapter 54 (Land Use) of the Municipal Code, addressing zoning regulations for short-term residential rentals and related fees.
