Fire Restrictions

THE CURRENT FIRE RESTRICTIONS IN RUIDOSO ARE AT LEVEL 1.

It only takes one spark to start a fire. We all have a role in preventing them. Here’s how you can help:

  • Properly dispose of cigarettes

  • Avoid parking on dry grass or brush

  • Refrain from activities that create sparks

  • Steer clear of activities involving open flames

  • Follow all burn bans

Together, we can reduce the risk of wildfires.
