PNM Outage Update There are about 60 PNM crew members continuing to make repairs, replace damaged equipment, and restore more customers today. As of 9:15 AM this morning, there are approximately 1,700 customers that crews are still working to restore. This morning, PNM crews were able to restore Ruidoso Middle School, Black Forest, Sunny Lane, and Pine Crest. Right now, crews are in Upper Canyon working to re-energize the area. Today, PNM will continue working in areas where most of the customers are still without power then will move into some of the remaining residential areas to assess the damage and make repairs.

We expect another 800-900 customers will be restored today. If you watch the outage map on PNM.com, there may be some lag or slight fluctuation in the number of customers still without power as outage restorations are inputted, closed out, and published. We are posting the most up-to-date power restoration information here on our social media pages as it becomes available.

If you spot a downed power line or power pole, please stay a safe distance away, do not approach it, and call PNM right away at 888-DIAL-PNM (888-342-5766).
