As the community of Ruidoso continues to recover from the impact of the South Fork and Salt Fire wildfires, essential resources are being made available to support residents during this challenging time. Here is the latest update on distribution centers and assistance services:

Distribution Locations for Food, Water, and Personal Hygiene Items

Residents in need of food, water, personal hygiene items, or toiletries can visit the following distribution centers:

First Baptist Church

  • Address: 270 Country Club Drive, Ruidoso, NM

Lincoln County Fairgrounds

  • Address: 101 5th Street, Capitan, NM

Shelter and Comprehensive Assistance for Displaced Residents

For those who have been displaced and require shelter along with food, water, and personal hygiene items, please go to:

White Mountain Sports Complex

Representatives from FEMA and the Red Cross will be available at the White Mountain Sports Complex to provide additional assistance and support.

Residents returning to Ruidoso who are in need of food, water, personal hygiene items, or toiletries can receive these items at the following distribution locations:
