This month, Ruidoso comes to life with vibrant fall festivities. AspenFest and the Midtown Halloween Celebration bring excitement with trick-or-treating, coffin races, and costume contests right in Midtown. Beyond the fun, the Village continues its steady recovery from wildfires and floods, with strong community support leading the way. Recent renovations at the Community Center have upgraded kitchen and restroom facilities, while workforce housing projects are moving forward. Residents are also reminded to stay mindful of school zone safety. Additionally, LCEMS has expanded 24-hour ambulance services, significantly improving emergency response times.
