Recovery Town Hall Scheduled for August 28, 2024, to Address Wildfire and Flood Impact

Residents impacted by the South Fork Fire, Salt Fire, or subsequent flooding are invited to attend a Recovery Town Hall on Wednesday, August 28, at 7:00 P.M. at Ruidoso Middle School. This event allows affected community members to receive crucial information and get their questions regarding available assistance and recovery efforts answered.

Representatives from the Village of Ruidoso, the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management, FEMA, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) will be on hand to discuss the various forms of aid and support available to those affected by these recent natural disasters.

In addition to the in-person meeting, a virtual option will be available via a Zoom webinar for those unable to attend. Participants interested in the virtual format can register by scanning the QR code provided.
