603 Mechem Workforce Housing Development Nears Completion with New Homes on the Horizon
The Village of Ruidoso (VOR) Workforce Housing Development at 603 Mechem is making significant strides. Four of the planned ten homes are already on-site, and the remaining units are expected to be in place by late October 2024. Crews continue to prepare the pad sites, and utility installations are scheduled for completion by January 2025.
The village is coordinating the transportation of these modular homes to minimize disruptions, though brief traffic interruptions may occur as the units are moved through the Village.
