ATTENTION CONTRACTORS: Important Inspection Schedule Update

The Village of Ruidoso would like to inform all contractors about an important update regarding inspection schedules.

Inspection Schedule:

• General Building and Electrical Inspections: The State of New Mexico Construction Industries Division (CID) will be conducting inspections for all general building and electrical work from May 27 through June 3, 2024.

• Plumbing and HVAC Inspections: These inspections will continue to be conducted on their regular schedule without any changes.

Note: During this period, there will be no inspections for service changes, temporary power, or temporary to permanent electrical.

Action Required:

Please ensure all inspections are called in promptly. We will schedule you on the next available inspection date. Any inspection requests received after June 3, 2024, will be scheduled with the Village of Ruidoso Building Official on June 4, 2024.
