In response to the ongoing challenges posed by the South Fork and Salt Fires, the Village of Ruidoso is hosting a Fire Disaster Assistance Fair. This event aims to provide crucial support and resources to our community members affected by these wildfires.

What to Expect:

Comprehensive Support Services:
A wide array of local and state organizations will be present to offer assistance across various domains, including legal aid, insurance guidance, health services, and more.

  • Pro Bono/VAP/Disaster Services: Legal aid and disaster relief information.

  • 12th Judicial Self-Help: Legal resources and guidance.

  • Social Security Administration: Assistance with benefits and services.

  • Immigration Services: Support for affected individuals.

  • Veteran’s Affairs: Services for veterans and their families.

  • Early Childhood Education: Educational resources and support.

  • Office of the Superintendent of Insurance: Insurance-related guidance and information.

  • Local Insurance Agents: One-on-one consultations.

  • Community Foundation of Lincoln County: Resources and aid.

  • Ruidoso Food 4Kids/Lincoln County Food Bank: Food assistance programs.

  • Salvation Army and Rotary: Community support and resources.

  • ENMU-Ruidoso Foundation: Educational and community outreach.

  • Consumer Protection Complaints (Price Gouging): Reporting and guidance.

  • Human Services and Department of Health: Health and welfare support.

  • Vital Records and Red Cross: Essential documentation and emergency response.
