VILLAGE OF RUIDOSO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING for PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2025-01

Notice is hereby given that the Governing Body, Village of Ruidoso shall conduct a Public Hearing during its Regular Meeting scheduled for February 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in Village Council Chambers located at  313 Cree Meadows Drive, Ruidoso, New Mexico, for proposed Ordinance 2025-01, an Ordinance Amending the Village of Ruidoso Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 54, Land Use; Article II- Zoning: Division 3- District Regulations; Section 54-106-Short Term Residential Rental Overlay Zone; and Appendix A- Fees, Fines and Penalties.

Copies of Proposed Ordinance 2025-01 are on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for public review Monday through Friday during the regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
