VILLAGE OF RUIDOSO LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of Ruidoso, New Mexico, will hold a Public Hearing during a Special Meeting on Monday, February 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Village of Ruidoso Council Chambers, 313 Cree Meadows Rd., Ruidoso, New Mexico. The Public Hearing is for consideration of a transfer of ownership of the Inter-Local Dispenser License #2540, new License #DIS00931, from Dana Enterprises, Inc., a New Mexico Corporation to YesterPub, LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company whose address is 1202 Mechem Dr., Ruidoso, NM 88345, d/b/a Ruidoso Bowling Center for operation of said license for on premises consumption only at the Ruidoso Bowling Center located at 1202 Mechem Dr., Ruidoso, NM. The State of New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department Alcohol and Gaming Division has granted preliminary approval.
