The Governing Body of the Village of Ruidoso, New Mexico, will hold a Public Hearing at a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May, 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Village of Ruidoso Council Chambers, 313 Cree Meadows Rd., Ruidoso, New Mexico.

The Public Hearing is for the consideration of a Restaurant B- Beer, Wine and Spirits Liquor License with On-Premises Consumption only for Garcia’s Café located at 1101 Sudderth Dr., Ruidoso, NM.

The State of New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department Alcohol and Gaming Division has granted preliminary approval.
