These comments will be distributed to all Commissioners for review.

Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H)(3), The Planning Commission reserves the right to close this public meeting and enter into closed session for deliberations in connection with any administrative adjudicatory proceedings contained in this agenda. a) Revision of Site Plan and Concept Approval-SP 2021-203- Approval is being requested for the revision of the site plan for the development of multi-family housing complex within the C-2 Community Commercial District located at 1104 Mechem Dr., Tract 2 of the Airport Tracts.
