Public Comment: The Commission will take general public comments and comments on themeeting’s specific agenda items in written form via email at: StephanieWarren@ruidoso-nm.gov or by mail: 313 Cree Meadows Drive, Ruidoso, NM 88345 before November 5th at 10:00 am. These comments will be distributed to all Commissioners for review.

PUBLIC INPUT (Limited to items not on Public Hearing Agenda and up to 3 minutes per speaker Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H)(3), The Planning Commission reserves the right to close this public meeting and enter into closed session for deliberations in connection with any administrative adjudicatory proceedings contained in this agenda. (Discussions in closed sessions are limited to the case being heard at the time of motion to enter into Closed Session pursuant to §10-15-1.H.3, NMSA 1978. No action shall be taken in closed session. Any action taken following closed session shall be taken in Open Session.)

6. QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING (all parties with standing shall have an opportunity for cross-examination.)

a) Replat-SP 2024-293- Debora Gerads with Lauren E.A. Truitt PC on behalf of Western Precast Concrete Inc and D & L Land Parnership is requesting review by the Planning Commission for a proposed replat which has been recommended for denial under administrative review for the properties known as 108 Kaibab Dr., 110 Kaibab Dr., and 110 Tonto Dr. legally described as Lots 9, 19 and 20, Block 10 of the Forest Heights Subdivision Amended.

7. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT
