a) Variance-PV 2025-1- Joseph Antony is requesting a variance to encroach 2.2 feet into the south side of the 20-foot front yard setback and 1.3 feet into the 10-foot rear yard setback to place a 16’ by 76’ manufactured home within the M-1 Low-Density Mobile Home District located at 106 Spruce Drive; Lot 68, Block 1, Unit 1 of the Ponderosa Heights Subdivision.
b) Variance-PV 2025-3- Younger Design on behalf of Don Hickman is requesting a variance to encroach 19.4 feet into the 20-foot west front yard setback and 6.7 feet into the 20-foot north side yard setback to construct a 20’ by 22’ carport within the R-1 Single-Family Residential District located at 106 Torreon Loop; Lot 1, Block 10 of the Country Club Estates Subdivision.
