LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of Ruidoso, New Vexico, will hold a Public Hearing during its Regular Meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Village of Ruidoso Council Chambers, 313 Cree Meadows Rd., Ruidoso, New Mexico.
The Public Hearing is for consideration of a Wine Grower Off-Site Liquor License to Pecos Flavors Winery, LC for the proposed location at 1056 Mechem Dr., Ruidoso, NM. The State of New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department Alcohol and Gaming Division has granted preliminary approval.
