Project Scope of Work: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified, professional property management firms to provide management services for Village-owned rental properties throughout Ruidoso, NM which currently include single-family homes, and in the future may include multi-family workforce housing.
